Recipe for six
Ingredients
· 24 fresh or defrosted mussels with shell
· 1 onion
· 1 tbs. coriander
· 1 garlic clove
· Juice of two lemons
· Lettuce leaves to decorate
· Salt and pepper to taste
· Olive oil
Preparation
Cook the mussels fresh or defrosted covered in a pot with a little water, when they boil and the mussels are open, turn off, drain them, remove them from their shells and clean them. Cool and reserve.
Wash the shells of the mussels. In a dish or plate put some lettuce leaves and place the mussels on top of them. Put the mussels in green sauce inside the shells. You can also serve them in green sauce in individual bowls.
