• Sushi rice 400 grams
• Nori 4 leaves
• Mussels 200 grams
•Cream cheese 80 grams
• Tamagoyaki 100 grams
• Chives ½ package
• Flour 80 grams
• Eggs 2 units
• Panko 100 grams
• Soy sauce 100 cc.
• Ginger 80 grams
• Wasabi
• Unagi sauce 80 cc.

Season the mussels with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cut the Tamagoyaki (Japanese egg tortilla) in sticks and sift the flour. Heat the oil, beat the egg and season. Extend the panko.
Preparation
Extend the rice over the nori, turn over and arrange the cream
cheese, musselss, tamagoyaki and chives. Roll and tighten well.
Pass through flour, egg and panko. Fry in deep hot oil and dry on absorbent paper. Cut into 8 pieces and serve with Unagi (smoked eel) sauce.
Decorate with ginger and wasabi.
