THAI MUSSELS

Try this new recipe

Ingredients

•              Mussels 1 Kg.

•              Lemon juice 80 cc.

•              Spring roll sauce 40 cc.

•              Brown sugar 10 grams

•              Fish sauce (dashi) 10 cc.

•              Citronella 5 grams

•              Coriander ½ package

•              Red pepper 5 gr.

 

Preparation

 

Wash the mussels well, remove the ones that are open or broken, cook in broth for 5 minutes, remove the meat from the shell and reserve one. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and cool well.

Serve the mussels in the shell and garnish with the sauce, coriander leaves and lemon.
