MUSSELS “CHUPE”

Try this new recipe

Ingredients

•              Musselmeat 1 Kg.

•              Onion ½ unit

•              Tomato ½ unit

•              Color (mix of chilli powder and butter) 1 tsp.

•              Garlic cloves 3 units

•              Red bell pepper ½ unit

•              White wine 300 cc.

•              Cream 400 cc.

•              Bread crumbs 200 grams

•              Olive oil 10 cc.

•              Parmesan cheese 1 sachet

•              Salt and pepper to taste

•              Chili pepper

•              Butter 100 gr.

 

Preparation

Stir fry the onion in brunoise, with butter and a little oil, add the chopped garlic, the chili pepper and the red pepper, then add the tomato in brunoise, the wine and bring the preparation to the boil for about 5 minutes.Immediately incorporate the meat of mussels, the cream and the breadcrumbs, cook for 10 minutes more on gentle fire, season with salt, pepper and chili pepper to taste. Serve in clay pans and top with Parmesan cheese. Bring it back in the oven at 180º C for 10 minutes.
