CRISPY MUSSELS WITH SPRING ROLL SAUCE

Try this new recipe

Ingredients

•              Frozen or canned Mussels 400 gr.

•              Salt and pepper

•              Lemon juice 40 cc.

•              Flour 120 grams

•              Eggs 2 units

•              Bread crumbs 100 grams

•              Grated cheese 100 grams

•              Quaker 100 grams

•              Cornflakes 100 grams

•              Frying oil 300 cc.

•               Spring Roll sauce

 

Prepare the ingredients:

Season the mussels and leave them in the cold for 10 minutes. Sift the flour and leave it on a plate or low pan.

Beat the egg;season it with salt and pepper on another pan.

Separately grind the thick cornflakes; mix them with the bread crumbs, cheese and Quaker oats. 

 

Preparation

Dry the mussels with a paper towel pass them through flour and remove the excess. Then pass through beaten egg, and the mix with the bread crumbs. Cool well for 5 minutes. Fry in deep oil, drain and place in a dish decorated with lettuce or purple onion, serve the Spring Roll sauce apart.
